Cade Hildreth is an LGBTQ+ entrepreneur, real estate investor, and former USA Rugby Player. Cade has founded 7-figure businesses, scaled websites to millions of views, acquired a portfolio of income-producing residential and commercial real estate assets, and played rugby worldwide.
Often compared to Tim Ferriss and Ramit Sethi, Cade teaches millions to expand financially, while living an authentic and adventurous life.
In addition to being a former USA Rugby Player, Cade is a successful entrepreneur, savvy investor, and world traveler. From growing a digital media company to nearly a million views to investing in income-producing real estate, Cade knows 21st century business! Whether you want to learn how to train like a world-class athlete or make it into the 1% financially, you should follow Cade’s advice.
Before to meeting Cade I’d put money into stocks and retirement funds. I knew I wanted better returns and passive cash flow, but didn’t know what to do. I realized I had been taught a “fear-based” approach to investing, which limited me. With Cade’s help, I learned how simple and lucrative investing can be with a bit more knowledge! Cade has taught me about taxes, mortgages, rental real estate, and wealth creation at large.
I’ve known Cade for twenty years and yet I’m still astonished with everything this amazing human being can do! Whether it’s mastering pretty much any field of study, ruling the rugby field, starting a very successful business or knowing how to make money work for you, Cade has ALREADY done it. And, not only is there all this success, but Cade is still humble, genuine, loyal and kind. I’m thankful to have an inspiring friend like Cade.
As a first time home buyer, Cade was an invaluable resource for learning how to acquire our first home, purchase it under market value, target the right timing and get great mortgage terms. I learned a TON about real estate investing and the role of income-producing investments. If you’re looking to increase your financial knowledge, start your first stream of passive income, or invest like a pro, you should connect with Cade!
Because English is my second language, I have a hard time articulating my thoughts without a fear of sounding dumb. Cade has a unique way of making you feel comfortable in whatever the question is. They are thorough and thoughtful. They use their own personal experience, which is why I deeply trust their knowledge and guidance. Cade is such a well rounded human being.
I’m pretty much convinced that Cade knows everything! Seriously, Cade has a vast knowledge of real estate, finances, investing and everything in-between. Cade owns multiple companies, a portfolio of real estate properties, and has played rugby at the highest levels. Cade has taken me out to analyze rental properties and is my mentor on money, stocks, real estate and more.
I wanted to say thank you and let you know how amazing you are for your explanation of gender as bimodal rather than binary. I think it’s SO IMPORTANT for people to understand the actual science. It’s sad how much social constructs have tainted the general view of the world and even the medical view. I know it’s improving, but it’s still frustrating for me as a health care provider. We are all non-binary. Thank you again for what you’re doing!
I follow Cade Hildreth on social media, as well as read all of their articles this site. It’s just so comforting to see a queer person, someone I can identify with, doing the work that you do. Your stuff is really informative! It is just super cool to see you talk about finances and investing. Genuinely, I don’t think I know another queer person who does! It feels like lots of times we get pushed into advocacy work, which is really valuable, but its also important to learn these topics, especially while I’m trying to get my architecture degree.
Cade continues to put a smile in my daily routine. They provide a refreshing way to look at life, offer great insight financially, and continue to motivate me through workouts. Especially during this difficult time, Cade will not only teach you a little something, but they will also make you smile! 🙂
I have looked up to Cade for a long time, first as a rugby star, then as a teammate who made everyone better, and now as one of the smartest, kindest, most successful business people I know. I’ve benefited from Cade’s knowledge about real estate, compounding interest, nutrition, negotiating and more. I’m grateful for their help in tackling student loan debt and commitment to helping LGBTQ+ people find financial freedom!
