Cade Hildreth: Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor, Former USA Rugby Player

Cade Hildreth is an LGBTQ+ entrepreneur, real estate investor, and former USA Rugby Player. Cade has founded 7-figure businesses, scaled websites to millions of views, acquired a portfolio of income-producing residential and commercial real estate assets, and played rugby worldwide.

Often compared to Tim Ferriss and Ramit Sethi, Cade teaches millions to expand financially, while living an authentic and adventurous life.

Enterpreneur

Cade is the Founder of BioInformant.com, the first and only market research firm to specialize in the stem cell industry. With 15 years of experience, Cade is a media expert on stem cell market trends, recently interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Business Journal, Xconomy, and Vogue Magazine.

Most recently, Cade was featured in Tony Robbin’s best-selling book, Life Force.

Today, BioInformant operates a website that attracts nearly one million viewers per year. Serving noteworthy clients, including the Fortune 500 companies Pfizer, GE Healthcare, Goldman Sachs, and Thermo Fisher Scientific, BioInformant is a global leader in stem cell industry data.

Similarly, Cade has grown this website, CadeHildreth.com, to nearly two million views per year.

Cade studied Biology and Chemistry at Dartmouth and Smith College, as well as Biotechnology & Molecular Biology at Georgetown University, where Cade was Valedictorian.

Real Estate and Crypto Investor

Within the real estate realm, Cade owns a portfolio of residential real estate assets and operates a Property Management Group, VA Chancellor Holdings. These properties include a rental property near Amazon’s headquarters in Alexandria, VA, a beach investment property, a log cabin, and several townhomes in Fredericksburg, VA.

Cade also invests in commercial real estate assets, including multifamily, self storage, manufactured housing, and industrial assets.

Additionally, Cade is Board Member and Advisor for Patriot Holdings, a commercial real estate private equity firm. Patriot Properties vision is to grow its self storage and manufactured housing portfolio to over one billion dollars of assets within the next 5-10 years. Patriot Holdings currently has a $25M fund open to accredited investors (Patriot Fund IV) that is focused on acquiring assets from across the Manufactured Housing, Self Storage, and Industrial sectors.

USA Rugby Player

On the personal front, Cade is a former USA Rugby Player and professional athlete. For years, Cade trained at the Olympic Training Center (OTC) in Chula Vista, CA, representing the USA 7s Rugby Team in National and International competition.

Cade also represented elite squads (“Superclubs”) from across New Zealand and Australia and was a professionally sponsored athlete with KUSA, an International Superclub who mission was to “bring together the best players in the world.”

Cade also represented the USA in the the 2015 FIT Rugby World Cup in Coffs Harbour, Australia.

Additionally, Cade was selected as the International Athlete of the Year based on extensive international experience and being the only player worldwide to represent alongside national-side players for all three of the world’s dominant rugby nations – NZ, Australia and the USA.

As an internationally sponsored athlete, Cade spent two years based in Christchurch, New Zealand, competing in rugby tournaments across Oceania, Asia, Europe, and North America.

In addition to winning a Grand Final with Sydenham Rugby Club, Cade survived the deadly Christchurch Earthquake that struck the Canterbury Region in New Zealand’s South Island with 6.2 magnitudes of force, taking the lives of 185 people. Cade participated in the rebuild of Christchurch after this devastating tragedy, working alongside members of the community to rebuild schools, business, and infrastructure.
