Patrice is a cultural storyteller and intersectional leadership educator with 15+ years of academic teaching and curriculum design experience. They hold the identities of being Black, Queer, Transgender (non-binary) and do so, unapologetically! They are an award winning diversity, equity and inclusion educator, as well as a U.S. fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) of London.
As a scholar-practitioner, Patrice is an adjunct professor of Organizational Change Management at Colorado State University (CSU) and works in a joint appointment in the College of Business at CSU as the inaugural Director, Social and Cultural Inclusion.
